Urban Lifestyle Paper

For this paper, you will need to interview three urban residents. You will need to obtain information about the ways in which urban individuals, families, and or groups approach or cope with daily living.  This relates to the person-in-environment expectations of behavior in urban communities.  
 
For example, issues related to social relationships, economics, employment, education, birth or death, illness, faith, culture, heritage, and traditions would be appropriate for this assignment. 

When the information has been collected, 3 distinct themes related to urban life should be identified.  These themes may relate to behaviors, values, or beliefs.  Once these themes have been identified, they should be linked to scholarly references in the literature that support these themes.  References may be from social work or the social, behavioral or biological sciences.  There must be a minimum of two references that support each theme.  
 
The paper should be 4-5 pages and appropriate for presentation to an audience of professional sociologists, to explain what you have found.   References should be cited appropriately using APA style.    

I have attached an outline and a sample paper. The sample paper is to give you an idea of what is expected but nothing from it is to be used. You can however use some of the sources/references from the work cited page.
