Supply chain strategy

You will receive a short business case. You are expected to prepare a Powerpoint/Word document that shows picture or map of supply chain, the supply chain strategy, including introduction of supply chain drivers, the application of one concept for the supply chain strategy model, and short point of view/reflection on that supply chain, resulting in:
Demonstration of an understanding of relevant strategic supply chain concepts, tools and methods.
Ability to explain different strategic supply chain industry drivers.

Recommended approach:
Research, draw and document the company's supply chain/distribution network.
Select and discuss one of the company's key supply chain strategies.
Select, categorise and assess the company's supply chain capabilities that relate to the chosen startegy.
