Try to find assessment scoring for insurance companies that will help us to evaluate the companies performance for example make a wight 10%, 15%,20% for each point included in the inspection manual, where at the end we can judge if the company complies or not with rules and regulations.
The assessment is applicable for all companies based on the inception manual as a component.
The wight depends on the risk, not all 5% it might be high in some points, 10% or 15% in some cases, and 5% as well.
The sum up should be 100% as an outcome to check the companies performance.
