Research Paper on Kant and Mill

The Six pages (minimum) paper on Kant and Mill is due this weekend.  The requirements for the paper are as follows:

You should explain both theories and defend the one against the other.

Materials covered in the paper should include (i) the categorical imperative (ii) the nature of duty (iii) the good will (iv) the greatest happiness principle, and (v) proof for the principle of utility.

The paper should be a minimum of 6 pages (double spaced 12 point font) and no longer than 8 pages. Bibliographies or works cited pages do not count toward the length of the paper. About a 30-33% should summarize Kant, another 30-33% should summarize Mill, and the remainder should be your critical evaluation of the materials (i.e., where Kant/Mill is right or wrong and why).
