Reflection Paper on English

Reflection Paper/Review of an Article.  Each student must submit three reflection papers or article reviews. These papers will examine each week’s assigned readings to help the student think about the issues to be presented and discussed in class. 

The paper will be at least two pages long, typed double-spaced using Times New Roman 12 font.  The paper should identify the take-home point of the article(s) or book chapter(s), including the (1) main issue; (2) explicit and implicit research questions; (3) method of research and reasoning; (4) a critique of the article; and (5) the article’s contribution to our understanding of an important aspect of political-economic development.  The reflection or review paper must be submitted to the instructor by noon of the day before the class discusses the article(s).
