Essay Requirements

1. The essay you submit must be your own work, written in your own words. It means that - - you do not use sentences from others' work, directly or changing some words, or paraphrasing sentence by sentence in a paragraph. If you use expressions that are not considered an everyday language, you need to quote.
2. All ideas summarized in your own words also need to be acknowledged through proper referencing (see link to APA style from Lesson 4 handout)
3. In addition to having your statement a part of your essay (Introduction and Conclusion), please include it below the Title as a separate entry: Title Thesis Statement Essay [Introduction Body Conclusion]
