Read and answer the following questions, using examples when appropriate. 
1.      Given the study hypotheses and research questions, what type of quantitative design would be appropriate for the article you chose to analyze? Is that the design employed by the authors?
If the design is experimental in nature, proceed to question 2, if it is non-experimental in design, proceed to question 3.
2.      If the study was an experimental study, how did the authors control for threats to internal and external validity?
3.      If the study was a non-experimental study, how did the authors control for extraneous variables?
