Locate a relevant, published program evaluation that will enable you to identify the key components of an effective program evaluation. Searches of scholarly journals and other works related to social and educational programs will yield likely choices. You should consider your target program and look for a program evaluation of a similar organization. That will give you a frame of reference for organizing your program evaluation plan. The review is limited to 5 pages. My Target program is the Head Start Program.
