You need to assess the different constructs that have been used in the article “ the Impact of hard and soft quality management on quality and innovation performance”.
Assess the quality of testing the reliability and validity of the constructs.
Use the 2 presentations as a reference to understand how to assess and evaluate the constructs. Just to let you know that the article has deficiencies so you please do criticize by identifying the weaknesses and the wrong approach conducted by the author. Please read them carefully so you will be able to apply what mentioned in the slides.
Please read the other source “ Development and Validation of TQM Implementation Constructs “ which you can use it as a benchmark ( it is an outstanding paper) so it would help you easily critique and feel free to compare and support your views by citing other sources or this source.
Please ignore the Operationalization Part since it is my colleague will handle it.
I need an Introduction of that paper but not more than half page coz I need the main focus and writing
3 Pages ( half page for Intro and the 2 ½ pages for the assessment of constructs and testing the reliability and validity
