Outcome Model of Quality

Must be two to three substantive paragraphs 250+ total words and include at least two APA-formatted citation/reference. 

In Chapter 5 the authors discuss the Outcome Model of Quality. On page 169, identified in Table 5-3 are Performance Measures for Improving Quality. Throughout the chapter organizations are listed as models of quality. Choose one and assess the organization using Table 5-3. In your opinion is this organization improving quality? Could the organization do something different to attain a higher level of quality?
