You will need to do this by choosing a situation on the medical ward In doing this reflection, you will need to use a reflective model and support your reflections with theory.

You will also need to think about the points at which you need to write in the first and third person and the points at which you use the past and present tense within your work. By supporting your reflection with theory, you will need to add references to your work.
