Please write a review / meta-analysis of the up-to-date available literature about the clinical use of liquid biopsy in the clinical setting. This review should be completly different from the other review, which you already wrote. It should be focused only on ctDNA and only on the clinical use of this new technology. I am sending you a review entitled "Integrating liquid biopsies into the management of cancer" this review has a chapter "Liquid biopsy in the clinical setting" which is very good and covers the most important developments. Also the chapter "Evaluating response and predicting resistance to therapy" is very good. Please focus on ctDNA and mutations only. Please discribe in detail which mutations are important for which tumors. Please discribe the use of liquid biopsy for predicting resistance to therapy and for therapy monitoring. The review should be very different from the other review about liquid biopsy which you already wrote for me and should contain 70 references.
