The online personality questionnaire is designed to stimulate your thinking about yourself and the importance of your personality dynamics to your happiness and success in life. There are no right or wrong answers - it is only for your own self-assessment. Reflect on each of your “Big Five” traits. Did the results accurately describe your personality traits? Share your results with a ‘significant other’. Does your significant other agree with your results? (Note: short questionnaires/tests can be unreliable in certain situations). Summarize your results in your posting.  How do your thoughts compare with those of other students in this course?

In a 2 – 3 page paper (500 – 750 words) written in APA format and attached as a Microsoft Word document, complete the following assignment. For interviews, list the location of your interview, the date and time of the interview, and the initials of the person interviewed.

Interview a healthcare professional who was born and raised in a country other than the United States. Focus on the following topics:

• Family Background
• Educational Background
• Community
• Religious Background
• Customs and practices

What are the similarities and major differences between your background and the interviewee? Discuss what you believe some of the major challenges are to raising healthcare professionals’ awareness of diversity.
