For the final class project, this will be a research paper in the form of a Power Point and Oral presentation to be presented on the last night of class. Please select from one of the topics below or you may choose upon a topic that you are currently involved in.

The Power Point Presentation should be no more than 15 minutes in length.

Criteria – If you were involved in a committee to change one of the below topics (or one of your own) please outline your process to do so:

Please include the following:
Current state. This should be a Dashboard of current state of the topics. Use data to create metrics as part of your dashboard.
Defined the Critical Success Factors as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Establish Bench Marks for improvement timeline
If your topic is centered around an ethic’s issue - please include ethical changes as well
Indicate the changes you intend upon making which will improve upon effectiveness.Please measure in terms of: increased quality, cost savings or cost avoidance.
Determine upon your implementation strategy ( Agile or Waterfall )
Outline your S.M.A.R.T. goals

Power Point Slides Should contain the following information:
- Executive Summary
- Business Processing Re-engineering
- Graphical Illustration depicting a Pivot Table or some other similar graph/chart
- Data Rules - If you were to perform data collection, list out 10 data rules you want you data provided to abide by.
- The six-step decision making process from chapter 9
- Effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) from chapter 11.
- From Chapter 13: Metrics that support your topic. For example, if using Gun Control as the topic. "In 2016" there were 'x' number of illegal weapons seized
- Select a technology that will best reach out to your audience as a means of communication. For example, President Trump takes advantage of Social Media (Twitter) to reach out to a large US population about matters close to him.
- Project Planning (Agile or Waterfall) and why you chose that model,
- Outline your SMART objectives to measure the success of your project.
