How to manage a multicultural, virtual team

You will research one of the four topics listed below and create a short (3 sources) annotated bibliography.  You can then use this information as the starting point for the Research Assignment.

You need substantive research on these topics-not just feel good essays on why the world would be a better place of we had more diversity in the workplace, more women as CEOs etc. So, when you do your research, be on the lookout for information that shows some attempt at measurement methods to achieve (1) improved decision making, (2) more women CEOS, (3) a productive/congenial multigenerational workforce and effective virtual teams.

Once again, I’m going to be very specific about sources and APA formatting so all the questions/issues about credible sources, how to format using APA etc. are answered in this second assignment.  By the time you get to the midterm you’ll be a pro!

Criteria:  

The paper must be 2-3 pages, excluding cover page and References page.
Your annotated bibliography must contain at least three sources published within the last five years.
Cite concepts from two scholarly sources from the UMUC databases.
Cite one additional source from a credible web site.
In your assignment you must include one direct quote from one of the scholarly sources using the UMUC databases.  You must also include one direct quote from the credible website. These quotes must be cited using the proper APA citation format.
Follow APA style guidelines for the cover page, header/pagination, citations, and References page. 
The paper should be double-spaced with 1-inch margins with 12 pt. Times New Roman.
For Homework 2 you only need to write a descriptive annotation for each reference. You'll be doing more analysis in your research paper.
