Power Point Slide Presentation Instructions

1. Create an outline of the power point presentation. In a Word doc, use as much detail as you prefer, but should at least have a rough draft for the topic of each slide

2. Using the individual case analysis paper that I have attached create a persuasive presentation using PowerPoint. Prepare this presentation as if it was being presented to a decision-making group, to persuade them to accept and implement my recommendations on the case. Identify the audience that is trying to be persuade with your argument; Board of Trustees.

3. Do not limit the presentation to presenting the facts and various alternatives of the care case. Instead, it must identify my plan of action or strategy and provide my rationale with supporting evidence based on my analysis. (Paper attached)

4. Use graphics and charts to help convince your audience of the thoroughness of your research and the need to implement your action plan.

5. In summary, the presentation should include:

• • Identification of the audience BOARD of TRUSTEES  (this can be done on the title page of your presentation and should be evident throughout your presentation)
  • Evidence of a clear action plan or strategy that is to be implemented in resolving the problem(s) in the case
  • Analysis of evidence that provides a rationale and clearly supports your action plan or strategy
  • Use of at least one of the case analysis tools

6. This presentation with audio should be approximately 15-20 minutes in length, and should include at least 15 slides. Strong PowerPoint presentation slides include an introduction, summaries, bullets, visuals, etc, and your audio recordings to fully explain your information.
