What was our country’s Real GDP over the past 4 quarters? In the mid-2000s, yes, our country was in the expansionary phase of the business cycle as our country was growing too fast, too quickly, before our economy plummeted in 2008-2009. Can you explain how interest rates, employment, Real GDP, and inflation are used to determine our country’s phase of the business cycle?
