Cueing: Article Cirtique

Journal Lab Critique Guidelines

1) A brief summary of the article (including background, hypothesis, methods and results)

2) A discussion of the strengths and weaknesses of the methods used (not writing style)

3) A discussion of the strengths and weaknesses of the results (not writing style)

4) A discussion of how the results and the interpretation of the results add to the literature(our existing knowledge of the issue)

5) A discussion of how you would follow up the study (i.e., further investigate the issue) by clearly designing at least one follow up experiment (e.g., different subjects, new methods of measurement, additional control groups, alternative brain areas, etc.) and what issues you would hope to clarify with your experiment.
