Critical Race Theory

Research Paper: Write a research paper applying the Critical Race Theory to a problem or issue in the organization, governance, and administration in higher education institutions with a culturally diverse student population.

This research paper should contain:

1) a description of the problem or issue in the organization, governance and administration in higher education institutions with a culturally diverse student population,

2) a review of the literature dealing with the problem or issue and

3) your analysis and conclusions of how critical race theory should be used to resolve the problem or issue in the organization, governance, and administration in higher education institutions with a culturally diverse student population.

Research papers should follow the APA Style Manual. The research paper should be well organized and clearly written, with proper grammar and spelling.
