Contracting

• Your unit is deployed overseas and must conduct around-the-clock maintenance on your fleet of vehicles. However, all Soldiers in the unit who are engaged in performing other important duties and are unable to perform the maintenance. Who is responsible for this action?

In what staff section is this person?

•     Who managed the contract?
  • Was a COR appointed?
  • Was this contract the only one the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) managed?

Create a narrative that outlines how to accomplish this maintenance through contracting.
