Individual Research Paper 15%-Research a company that has gone through a change; the company can be Canadian or International. The change could be in leadership, product, market etc. The assignment should include the following:

• Part 1-explain/describe the organization before the change
• Part 2-explain/describe what the change is and why the change was needed
• Part 3-explain whether the change was successful did it meet the intended expectations
