Case study critical analysis for BAE

Given the mayor’s ultimatum and the risks you’ve just identified, how should DiFonso respond to the mayor’s request that BAE assumes full responsibility for the failure of the automated baggage handling area, pay monetary penalties until completion, as well as design and develop a backup “old style” system?  
1.    Defend your response to the mayor, drawing upon problems identified during your response to Module 2’s BAE analysis of the case. 

NB:
•    Looking back at the feedback from the first submission, I think TAS provides some good guidance on what to include.  I think the lack of planning is a big part of the defense here.

•    Please formulate a response base on the FMEA table, to help with the flow of the assignment.
