Case Study: Facial Headache Worse with Movement

Jake age 34 complains of a facial headache worse with movement. He is sometimes dizzy. He has had a stuffy nose with a yellow nasal discharge that is sometimes bloody. He has had the symptoms for 4 weeks and the symptoms are getting worse. He has a long history of seasonal allergies for which he takes Claritin D, one per day. He has a diagnosis of sinusitis.
