Book Review on "The Great Divorce". New York: Macmillan Co., 1946.

Each student will select one book from the list provided on pages 8-10 of the syllabus. The list includes books that address a variety of topics and themes (e.g. prayer, apologetics, evil, suffering, angels).

After reading the book, each student will compose an 800-1000 word review that includes:

1) background information about the author,

2) a summary of the main points or themes, and

3) an evaluation of the book’s usefulness.
