The purpose of the paper is to choose a specific aspect of alkaline phosphatase in e.coli to review. For instance, the role disulfide bonds play in the subunit's interface interactions, or metal-binding interactions, PhoA gene (gene responsible for making alkaline phosphatase in e.coli) etc. So depending on what the writer is proficient in I would like to work with them to determine what aspect of alkaline phosphate to focus on and give them a good description of the contents of the paper. 

In addition, the paper must contain any figures that will enhance the paper's purpose. These figures must have descriptive and relevant captions.
