Background and Organizational Analysis

Using the case study provided, you will prepare and deliver a Business Analysis and System Recommendation (BA&SR) that will be divided into four stages. Each stage is to be completed and submitted according to the course schedule.  Each of the stages involves a section of the BA&SR, as follows:

Stage 1

Using the case and the format provided, analyze the business environment of the organization and explain how an IT system could benefit the organization.  You will develop Section I of the BA&SR, Background and Organizational Analysis, as a short paper, using Microsoft Word, or software that can be read using Microsoft Word. You will be only providing me Stage 1 of this paper.
