Your audit client has operations in Europe as well as their main operations in the United States.  In the past, the company has provided the audit team with a copy of the employee master file for use in the audit.  The audit manager is concerned about the European Privacy Laws and asks you to recommend the approach which should be employed by the audit team in regards to receiving a copy of the employee master file.
