Attitudes, Beliefs, and Knowledge of Prostitution and the Law in Canada (please see attached)

Students are required to submit a written article review of 500 words (plus or minus 50 words). The review requires students to select ONE peer-reviewed academic journal article related to the topic of their choice, which should be the same topic as the term paper. The article selected for review can be used in the term paper as well. The article review will be worth 15% of your final grade. See the course schedule for more information about the due date for the article review. 

The article should be evaluated in the following manner:

- What is the aim or objective of the selected article?

- What are the major points raised in the selected article?

- Remember to critically analyze your article, answering questions like 'how' or 'why' - provide as much depth and detail in your discussion as possible.

Avoid mentioning important parts of the paper without providing detail. This generally means picking out two or three of the central points of the paper, and discussing them critically and in depth.

You do not need to include any references in the body of your paper, however, you do need to include a proper APA style reference for your selected article.

Additionally, students must also submit a one paragraph description of their paper topic, including a description of how the selected topic is controversial, what the two sides of the argument are, and how it fits the assignment for the term paper. The term paper topic should be included with the article review.
