The focus of this assignment is analyzing the positive communication process. In your analysis, discuss the components of the communication process, providing specific examples of each. Differentiate between verbal and non-verbal communication. Describe the forms and levels of feedback. Identify barriers to communication and discuss how these barriers can be prevented or overcome. Discuss the importance of cross-cultural communication in today’s health service organizations and describe the competencies needed by managers for communicating with external stakeholders.
