Advertising Copy - 30 Seconds TV storyboard

Choose from one of the brands you written for already in class (eg, Tide, Target, Snapple, Gulden’s, Huggies, Gatorade, Harley)
The assignment is to write a storyboard for a :30 TV spot, complete with dialogue and descriptions of audio and video.  
Accompanying the storyboard, provide a background page that covers the following:
Brand/product
Objective of ad  - what problem are you solving or what feature/benefit/value are you promoting?  
Target Audience
Single-minded message – what are you asking the ad to communicate about your brand
A short paragraph describing the commercial’s concept: for example:  “We are showing a montage of the perfect vacation day.  We open on a beautiful beach, where couples are sipping tropical drinks.  Two of them run into the water and later dance at the disco before watching the sunset.” 

Use any needed production abbreviations to explain the audio and video (eg, SFX, Super, VO, etc.)  Describe the action in each frame and include the dialogue.
Time your ad out to :30.  Read it out loud to make sure it fits!

Your ad will be evaluated on the following criteria:
The ability of your storyboard to describe the commercial accurately.
Use of at least one of the TV commercial structures we’ve studied in class
Effectiveness of the ad – did it grab and keep the viewer’s attention and communicate the message to the target audience in a compelling way
Use of correct production terms as appropriate
Use the uploaded files in Additional materials as a guide.
