Raymond Williams, Keywords: A Vocabulary of Culture and Society, London: Fontana, 1983. This book consists of a collection of words that have been expanded on by Williams. It may give you some idea of how to expand on words, but make sure you cover the points above in your own assignment.

Adrian Forty, Words and Buildings: A Vocabulary of Modern Architecture, New York: Thames and Hudson, 2000.
