Legal Aspects of Business

You have decided to start your own business in form of an unlimited partnership.

In part A)

 You will present a detailed and analytical examination of the perceived advantages of running a business as an unlimited partnership with respect to the specific parameters detailed in part a) points 1-3 (see below).

In part B)

You will select the purpose of your business and a name for your partnership. “ONE STOP BRIDAL SOLUTION)” By referring to the arguments you e raised in points 1-3, you will discuss what, in your own opinion, can make your business successful.

1. Setting up/starting an unlimited partnership, Present an analysis of the pros and cons of setting up an unlimited partnership.
2. Running an unlimited Partnership, Explain and analyse the duties and legal obligations associated with running an unlimited partnership.
3. Duties and liabilities in the terminationof an unlimited partnership. Explain the ways in which unlilited partnerships are terminated. Analyse the liabilities and duties occuring in the termination of these types of venture.

Part B)

Select the purpose of your business and a name for your venture “ONE STOP BRIDAL SOLUTION”. By refferring to the arguments you have raised in your opinion, can make your partnership successful or unsuccessful.

Relevant statute should be cited to support each point raised, with case law examples and academic commentary to reinforce arguments and evidence research.
