Assignment Read the paragraph below and answer the questions in a one-page essay

This week, we've read all about civil liberties and rights. Different liberties and rights appeal or do not appeal to certain people, political parties, or interest groups.

For this week, you are going to create your own list of rights for your citizens. It may also be beneficial to discuss what type of government you want, if you want political parties, etc. Do you want a "House and a Senate?" Would you change the Electoral College? Would you go to bat for a specific civil liberties issue that you think is important? This is your chance to "have a say" in your society.  It’s important to get the details hammered out with your own opinions but also with support from your text.

The paper should exclude citations, no heading or title, size 12 Times New Roman font (standard), double-spaced and 1-inch margin.
