2. What is gender egalitarianism? Give examples from Batek culture and compare to your own culture or describe the morals/beliefs of the Batek such as non-competition
3. Did the livelihood of the Batek improve or decline as a result of their interaction with the government and anthropologists? Give evidence! what did the government and these specific anthropologists and anthropologists before them introduce new to the Batek? Directly and indirectly
4. Compare aspects of the Batek culture with other indigenous cultures mentioned in your textbook
